Terms of Service

1. What Voura is
Voura is a reputation platform where creators and brands log the deals they do together and confirm them with each other. From confirmed deals and mutual reviews, Voura computes a Score. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you log.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person or entity per account; no impersonation.
3. User content and accuracy
You keep ownership of what you submit but grant Voura a license to display it as part of the service (including Scores and, where you allow it, deal details). Do not submit false, misleading, or defamatory information. Deliberately logging fake deals or manipulating Scores is prohibited and grounds for removal.
4. Scores are computed from your inputs
A Score is a transparent calculation over mutually confirmed deals and reviews — not an opinion published by Voura, and not a guarantee of anyone's future conduct. Voura does not independently verify every underlying claim and is not liable for decisions you make based on a Score.
5. Disputes
Either party to a deal may dispute it. Voura provides a process to flag and resolve disputes but is not an arbiter of the underlying commercial relationship.
6. Prohibited use
No scraping, no attempts to bypass security or access other users' data, no automated account creation, no using Voura to harass or defame. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" during the pilot, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Voura's liability is limited. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes and contact
