Last updated: pilot draft. Not yet legal-reviewed.

Draft placeholder for the pilot. Replace with a lawyer-reviewed version before public launch.

1. What we collect

Account info (name, email), your public profile (handle, category, bio, photo), and the deals and reviews you log. We store standard technical logs for security and reliability.

2. How we use it

To run the service: create your profile, compute Scores, send transactional notifications (e.g. "your deal was confirmed"), and protect the platform from abuse. We do not sell your personal data.

3. What's public vs private

Your Score, handle, and profile are public. Your email is private. Deal details are aggregated by default; a specific brand or counterparty name is shown publicly only when you choose to make it so.

4. Reputation data and deletion

You can request deletion of your account. Because a reputation record others rely on cannot simply vanish (that would let bad actors erase their history), on deletion we anonymize your identity while retaining the de-identified deal/review records that other people's Scores depend on, under a documented legal basis. The exact mechanism will be finalized with legal review.

5. Sharing and processors

We use service providers to operate Voura (hosting, database, transactional email). They process data on our behalf under their own security terms.

6. Security

Access to your data is governed by database-level rules; sensitive actions are audited. No system is perfectly secure, but we build the database as the enforcement boundary and keep the attack surface minimal.
